Very abrupt, unpleasant reception staff. Were "chitchatting" extremely loudly but even then apparently not co-operating with each other: my number was called to the reception by one of them and when I went up, before I could even say anything the other one told me to get back in the waiting area until my number was called. Absolutely shocked at this service! There are plenty of people in London who want a job, why not hire them instead of this useless, rude pair? Aside from that, I had to wait 2 hours, yes two hours, to be seen, at a drop-in clinic. No newspapers in the waiting room, just trashy women's magazines. I would like to add that when I finally did see the nurse, she was polite and helpful and did the appointment very quickly...the only saving grace of a very bad experience. Also why is there not an option to select "sexual health services" on the department list on this website?
