"Very unhappy"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Anything else?

really upset about my treatment at City General hospital today in the Fracture Clinic, I was patronised when checking, i did not need help and the guy just did it for me made an assumption about my gender and misgendered me, putting me as male without asking (i am female, i was dressed in baggy clothing as that's all i can wear due to my injury), my appointment was 40 minutes late, i was seen for all of 2 minutes, the doctor didn't introduce himself asked a maximum of 3 questions and completely disregarded anything I had to say. not happy at all, nothing has been done to help me.
