I live in Watford and have little boy. I and my family have used A&E few times over the past few years. Anything from acute diarrhea and to eye injury. Every time I was seen quickly and looked after with professionalism and kindness. Every member of staff I saw was very efficient, polite and patient. I also used children's department on few occasions and it was the best yet. New mum with little boy who cried like hell without as it seemed any particular reason. They were all very reassuring.
