Hello,

We are very sorry to hear that your GP did not explain the referral process.

Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be sent and managed by TRAQS. There is a TRAQS patient leaflet which is a handed out to all GP Practices/GP's. Each patient that is referred by their GP should be given one of these yellow leaflets. The leaflet explains our service and contains contact details for TRAQS should you want to discuss your appointment.

If you would like to contact TRAQS, we can arrange for a leaflet to be sent to you. We understand that your referral has now passed however it might be of benefit to you should you have a referral come through TRAQS again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
