I had recently been discharged from Maddocks following knee pain. Over a week later, I jarred my knee and suffered knee pain. I rang Maddocks and spoke to Ben, my physio, who informed me I'd been discharged but to return to my GP asking for urgent re-referral.
Once they received this, they would contact me to arrange an appointment. This occurred smoothly and I saw the physio one week after my GP's appointment.
This gave me such a lot of relief as I was only just getting over the initial problem.
