About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Very pleased with my appointment with the consultant at Wrekin Community Clinic.

Only drawback I had to wait 3 months for the appointment.

We are very pleased to hear that your consultation went well. Unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over local waiting times for clinics/hospitals. However, please note that when processing your referral, TRAQS would have taken into account local waiting times.

Often, waiting times for primary care providers (such as The Wrekin Community Clinic) are shorter than secondary providers (hospitals).
