"Consultant put me at ease and explained everything about my problem"

About: City Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

It was nice to meet a consultant who treated me with respect and didn't judge me like others consultants. He put me at ease and explained everything about my problem and what they were going to do to help me.

The nurses at the Sleep Apnoea clinic were so lovely and kind, and very good at explaining everything to me. I have had 4 appointments at the hospital since my first appointment in August, and each time felt very much at ease.

The staff are brilliant, I can't say anything bad because my treatment at the hospital has been very good.

The Princess Royal Hospital in Telford could learn a thing or two from Birmingham Hospital, e. g. manners, politeness, friendliness.

Way to go Birmingham City Hospital.
