I asked to be given a referral to Dr Kadyan who is a glaucoma specialist because my glaucoma in one eye was not fully handled by infection.
I expected to be seen by her in the first instance and not by a junior. She did see me after 1. 5 hour wait and nobody gave me any information in the meantime.
Although the final outcome was acceptable I did not think the outpatients is well organised.
