I came to the children's Ward at 7 and needed the toilet. Went and saw that there was a urine bowl on the floor. I informed the nurse and yet 3 hours later still no one had got rid of it despite me informing another nurse aswell. I also asked for some medication for my son when I came and the nurse didn't arrange this aswell. The second nurse (night nurse) arranged this for me. Absolutely disgusted with the service and hygiene is ridiculous. Would never ever recommend this service to anyone ever!
