Thank you to the A&E staff who treated me today. I was seen pretty quickly (despite my injury not being particularly serious) and the nurse was very helpful and professional - even if he did laugh at how I'd come to hit myself on the head whilst attempting some DIY. When NHS Direct told me on the telephone that I should go to A&E, I can't say I was looking forward to spending an afternoon in the hospital, but I think I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks again!
