I've called to book a 3d scan and was really quite excited about it after seeing the website. The receptionist however was quite arrogant and abrupt! There was no bedside manner and I felt I was an inconvenience to her when asking questions! Well I booked an appt and rang today asking if it was possible to move it forward. Another receptionist and once again couldn't be bothered to deal with me abrupt and rude!! I don't think this "private" hospital deserves our custom and looking at other places to have my scan. I feel so put off by the staff. Perhaps the management ought to look into this?
