"Hospital attendance Saturday 16th November"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

Anything else?

I attended the hospital today as an emergency outpatient and despite being extremely worried relating to my condition I was immediately dealt with by the reception staff who put me at my ease. The triage nurse was friendly assistive informative and polite a credit to the hospital. When taken through to the treatment area I was again treated with extreme friendliness, dignity and respect by all the nurses, nursing assistants and the locum doctor who explained in length each step of the process and ensured I was regularly checked on and updated. To summarise, I found your staff professional, courteous, efficient and friendly and without exception a credit to the trust. Sincerely yours Mike Hodge
