i recently was admitted to the Coventry university hospital for a total thyroid gland removal and lymph nodes in neck. i was admitted to ward 32, i was treated with the most upper respect by all the staff, including dinner service to cleaning staff.. the communication between doctors and nurses and surgeons basically all communication i found to be very good , considering the shear volume of patients the ward has to deal with . the personal touch i received made my stay in hospital comfortable. the surgeon that operated on me was a very special human being, pray to god to keep him safe and healthy.
