I had to visit outpatients for follow up treatment. I was in a wheelchair and my partner and I were greeted by a friendly lady member of staff who quickly directed us to where we needed to go. Even opening the doors for us. In the fracture clinic the staff were completely helpful and friendly. We had to go to X-ray. The wait was not too long. In all, I found the staff to be friendly helpful and happy. I also enjoyed the various pieces of art which brightened up the corridors and other areas.
