What I liked

Great staff, friendly, caring and professional medical staff in the cardiology department. They treat each person with respect and are so thoughtful when considering the stressful environment the patient is in.

What could be improved

I cannot fault the staff. Maybe it would help if more information was available on the tests and medical procedures they carry out. Clearer information on waiting times would be helpful especially when a follow up appointment has not immediately been given.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently trialing our 'patient information centre' at Heartlands Hospital and, depending on feedback, plan to roll this out to Good Hope and possibly Solihull Hospitals. Providing information on waiting times is part of our Outpatient redesign process which is also currently underway.
