I would first like to say that the care Lymington Hospital provide is normally impeccable and I am in no way against them, I think it's a great hospital which should be utilised more! However, the waiting time for an appointment recently was 45 minutes, which I usually wouldn't mind, however I had other commitments and simply ran out of time. Whilst trying to find a member of staff to inform that I needed to leave, I was met by a somewhat abrasive woman who took no consideration into my personal circumstances and spoke to me as if I was a burden to her and the entire system. Fortunately, a nurse I later found was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate his professional attitude. I honestly feel this is unacceptable and by no means necessary and thus deemed it upsetting enough to raise it to light with you since the standard of service is usually exceptional.
