I had the above procedure recently and I was most impressed with the Queens Wing Unit and the staff. I was made to feel at ease by all the team which really helped me. The nurse who explained what was going to happen was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The I highly highly recommend this surgery.who carried out the procedure was very professional and made me feel that you could trust her. After the procedure the staff were very attentive and also gave the impression that they cared which is not always the case in some hospitals. All too often these days the NHS is criticised so I feel it's important to compliment the NHS when they get it right. Therefore I would just like to say a big thank you and well done to The QE11 and the team / staff at Queens Wing Unit of the I highly highly recommend this surgery. Mr Duanne Gibson
