What I liked

I am filing this in on behalf of my mother Marguerite who has been in Maple Ward. You afforded my mother the same excellent care as you did when my father Charles William Claydon was dying. The staff are compassionate, never too busy to help and explain everything in a language everyone can understand. I am waiting to have my gallbladder out at Darent Valley and have no apprehensions about entering your hospital for my surgery.Keep up the sterling work and thanks again.

What could be improved

My wish for the staff would be that they had the opportunity to take a breather once in a while so maybe more nursing staff to spread the load especially in wards that are more demanding. Other than that just keep the cleaning programme up so that any bacteria is kept to a minimum
