Having recently been a patient in this day case unit I would like to congratulate all the staff here for their excellent service. It was absolutely 5 star in all aspects. I was greeted very efficiently by the receptionist, treated with the greatest care and dignity by all the staff I met and most certainly feel I had 5 star treatment. The ward was spotlessly clean throughout and the ISS hostess perfect in her attention to detail when serving snacks of choice pto all the patients. My experience could not have been better --- A big thank you also to the theatre staff who were all just fantastic. This experience way surpassed my expectations and was by far the best treatment I have ever had in any NHS or private institution. Congratulation Broadgreen you have got this just perfect.
