I recently visited the A&E dept tonight (at 20:30) and the level of service/care I received was nothing short of excellent in every way. The 3 members of staff that I dealt with during my visit were very helpful, polite, communicative and very professional on all levels; from initial triage to consultation with the doctor and having blood taken by a staff nurse, I'd like to thank them all. I would really appreciate this feedback getting to the staff that dealt with me as its the least they deserve.
