"Day Surgery Bunion Operation"

Arrived at Day surgery unit 12.11.13 at 7:30 had bunion operation 10:45am woke up in recovery at 12:00 pm taken back to day surgery unit had lovely hot buttered toast and cup tea. Left to go home 14:00. Was well looked after, surgery went well, no pain at all no need for pain killers, I am 2 days post op and everything great - can walk around with special shoe no need for crutches walked out of day unit no pain. Will recommend to all non believers who think bunion ops are horrendous - not at this hospital with this team of specialists and after care.
