Today I went to the endoscopy unit, one very frightened lady. The staff in the unit were amazing, they put me at ease and explained everything clearly. The care and compassion of all the staff is first rate. The unit was pristine, comfortable and relaxing.

What I feared would be a terrible ordeal left me with nothing but praise for everyone involved. Patient care and consideration second to none. Thank you everybody.

Dear Bess - thank you for your feedback which was good to read. As you say the thought of an endoscopy / colonoscopy type procedure can be really terrifying and the staff know how important it is to help you settle and be at ease as much as possible - reassuring and explaining things to you at each step is one of the most important ways to do this and clearly they did a great job - I know they will be really pleased to read this. Thank you again for your posting - it is really valuable to us.
