"My bronchiectasis"

I was diagnosed 10 years ago after coughing for nearly a year. There was no ongoing treatment provided. The doctors are still listening to my lungs and saying they are clear and that it's not a problem with my lungs. I cant get repeat cat scan and can't get referred back to the specialist. I cough so much sometimes that I am urinally incontinent. I'm having more and more time off work. I'm at home again coughing till I'm exhausted. I'm so tired of this.
