"Abdul has surpassed my expectation of what CBT is all about"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

My first CBT sessions with another therapist were a lot more low key, and it did help a great deal.

The past few months with Abdul has surpassed my expectation of what CBT is all about. Abdul has prepared and taught me on how to face life and problems and taught me coping strategies for the future.

Dear IM2013,

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I am pleased to hear that you have found CBT useful. It sounds as though you have been through our stepped care approach. This means that the majority of people who enter our service see a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for low level CBT. If after this, further help is required then we 'step you up' for more intensive CBT.

I am glad to hear that you have learned some coping strategies and hope that you will continue to put these into place now that your treatment has ended.

I will make sure that your positive feedback is passed on to Abdul.

Best wishes for the future,

Lizzie
