About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

(as the patient),

I was a bit nervous and anxious about my appointment at the GUM clinic but the staff were very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. The appointment was a delight.

The waiting time in the line to reception could have been quicker though - I was the only person in the line. The receptionists were there just sitting around chatting and knew I was there but I still had to wait a long time to be seen.
