I took my elderly, frail and ill Mother for biopsy results which didn't give us answers. We only had an appointment with the nurse. We didn't have an appointment with the consultant but he agreed to see her, she also had scan which wasn't planned as they wanted to find out what the problem is so that treatment could start ASAP. All of the staff where exceptionally helpful, caring and supportive. They even looked after her while I fetched the car! (shame about the parking situation) Staff and treatment wise; It was the best we have ever received from any hospital Thank you
