"Great service and fantastic staff"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Anything else?

I did not visit this hospital my mother did for a colonoscopy & gastroscopy. She was extremely anxious before hand, as you would be if you have previously had cancer and you don't know if you have it again. The staff at the hospital were fantastic with her and really looked after her. When she came out of the hospital she was praising the way they looked after her and how they made her feel relaxed (and my mother does not give praise lightly!). They then also went the extra mile the day after and phoned her at home to make sure she was okay after her procedures, that's what I call a five star service. Thank you Bolton hospital for looking after my mum.

When someone has had cancer it is understandable that further tests are particularly worrying. So we're pleased to hear that the staff really helped your mother to relax and looked after her well. Thank you for sharing this.
