I had an appointment yesterday for a hyseroscopy on Ward 31 at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. I would just like to say a big thank you ..... especially to the nurses. They were so skilled in supporting an anxious patient. They were informative, respectful and had that 'human touch' which makes all the difference. I was also impressed with how effiiciently my experience was managed. Thanks so much.
