My 10yr old needle phobic son who has higher functioning aspergers arrived on ward 30 mon 11/11/13 to a warm welcome. The staff were extremely considerate to my sons fears and did everything possible to make his stay comfortable. He had amplatzer device fitted on tuesday by the fantastic doctor and his fabulous team.i really cant express how grateful we are for the care my son recieved.ward 30 and all the staff deserve medals :-D my son was able to return home today and will return in six weeks for a review.Thank you all again and keep up the amazing jobs you all do!
