Complimented the care for my brother in Addenbrookes, on this site.

Lack of response from this site! Or Addenbrookes.

An acknowledgement re good care, would be nice esp with all neg re hospital care!

(from one who works in similar conditions who was thankful my brother was, and is, so well looked after and is supporting staff).

Complaint re wait at Basildon pharmacy awaiting response from Basildon.

I am sorry that the reply is not showing. I posted a response at the the time and had the confirmation email that my response was being posted.

There have been some issues with stories migrating between Patient Opinion and NHS Choices which I have already reported to the local technical team.
