I have not had one good experience at Dundee Dental Hospital.

After trouble with my jaw, my dentist refereed me there. They diagnosed me with Temporomandibular Joint Disorder and sent me for an MRI to find out how bad it was.

Only to have the MRI and not be told it wasn't that at all it was growths on my bone.

It took me five phone calls as the doctor was always "busy" and after promises of getting a call back, of which I never got! I got a letter telling me what was wrong and the doctor still failed to tell me on the phone when I was eventually called back.

This was August and I have still not been seen. When I phoned to make an appointment the rude receptionist in my experience, said they could not give me an appointment because they did not have my notes at the desk.

I had to explain what was wrong and how much agony I am in. All to which I still did not get an appointment and the doctor keeps telling me to take painkillers. Those will only cover the pain. Not help me. I am not happy.

It is now Mid Novemeber, I am in severe pain, cannot take pain killers for work and health reasons and have been told I cannot get an appointment until January. I am not happy and resent having to go back there.

I feel staff are rude and unhelpful. Sort it out.
