"Inclusion Matters Sefton"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a service user),

Felt much better about my issues at the end of the sessions.

I think it will still be difficult for me at times but just to stop and put things into perspective before going down that awful road initially, and to analyse situations.

I felt this to be all extremely useful, essential and necessary service, and got so much from it.

Dear Rainy Day,

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I'm pleased to hear that the sessions you had have helped you to feel better. I understand what you mean when you say that it may be difficult at times so it's vital that you keep applying the skills you've learned.

I will make sure your positive feedback is passed on to the rest of the team here at IM Sefton.

Wishing you all the best for the future,

Lizzie
