"Courteous and professional service"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Anything else?

I attended Bolton General Hospital on Nov 13 for a MRI Arthogram on my shoulder following several dislocations. Having researched this procedure on-line i found that many people suffered great pain and discomfort caused by the injection into the shoulder joint and was therefore ready to grin and bear it. This wasn't the case as the ladies in the radiology department did an excellent and totally painless fluoroscopy before sending me to the MRI Department. The staff here were both professional and courteous as well and explained what was about to happen before the scan took place. From entering the hospital the whole procedure took just over one hour and I am greatly appreciative of all the staff who took care of me and I would like to thank them all for their efforts.
