On Saturday 9 November at approximately midnight, I was admitted to Tolgus Ward. The team were excellent and yes we had to wait but that was because our doctor was delivering a baby which was more than acceptable. The team and doctor's attitude towards treating me was exemplary and caring, as was the follow-up appointment with the EGU in Princess Alexandra on the following Monday. What was a very upsetting experience was dealt with in the best way possible by the staff and I want to send my heartfelt gratitude to all of them from me and my fiancee. Thank you very very much.
