I had to have a hysteroscopy and was feeling slightly nervous at the thought. unfortunately my appointment started late, but I would rather they fix the equipment before I get in the chair. :) the staff were fantastic. The staff nurse informed me of the delay and another nurse explained everything in detail and clearly explained everything we could see on the screen. Fantastic NHS service. Thank you.
