Visited today for a hernia operation and was very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness from all the staff on the general surgery department. The hospital itself is clean and modern and I was made to feel comfortable at every stage of my surgery by all involved. I was kept updated on times and what was going to happen next which was great. Nobody I know enjoys visiting the hospital and I was obviously nervous, however, I am very pleased to say I was made to feel as comfortable as possible and there was always someone near by to offer me their help and assistance. The operation itself appears to have gone smoothly also so thank you all today, very pleased! :)
