I visited the gynaecology department. The experience wasn't pleasant at all but that could not be avoided. The procedure was relatively quick and smooth and I was impressed with how quickly the appointment was arranged. The staff (nurses, consultant and student nurses) were all really friendly and helped make the whole experience not too traumatic - I really appreciated that.
