The woman running the department was very rude and discriminating towards me and would rather go to another hospital where their departments are more reliable and friendly,not getting crucified for asking how long to wait,in all my years that department is disgraceful

This sounds appalling and I apologise you’ve not had a good patient experience. Our staff should not behave in the way you describe. We try really hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients, their relatives or carers.
