As a patient who suffers from extreme 'white coat syndrome' i wish to express my sincere gratitude to a staff member for her great understanding and professionialsim when treating me. She put me completely at ease, and kept me informed through the whole process. All to often people are fast to criticise NHS staff but I wish to put on record my thanks and appreciation to this person and her fantastic team. Thak-you!

Thank you for your extremely positive feedback. It was kind of you to take the time to thank the particular member of staff who looked after you. It was good to read that you were put at ease and kept informed as we know how important good communication is between our staff and patients, even more so when someone is understandably anxious. Thank you once again.
