"I found him very rude and not very helpful"

About: St James's University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I arrived at at James A&E with ketoacidosis. When I finally got seen by the Doctor he came in holding my notes and asked if I was diabetic which if he had read them would know that I was type 1 diabetic. When he put the cannula in my wrist. he seemed to make a mess off it and when I had the drips in it was very painful. I told the Doctor and he said it was fine. Yet when I was discharged the next day the nurse who came to take my cannula out said it wasn't in properly. I can't remember what the name of the Doctor was. All I know is that I found him very rude and not very helpful.
