What I liked

i felt like i was treated like a second class citizen. it almost felt like i was bothering the staff when asking for help with stuff like pain relief and general bits and bobs post-operatively. they botched up my operation and i was in agony for weeks

What could be improved

employing staff who do the job because they want to do it. improving on staffing levels and pay. the most important thing...keeping the wards clean.
