"An outsiders view of Kings College Hospital Liver ITU"

I am a lowly medical rep but had the pleasure of seeing, although relatively briefly, a brilliantly run department which impressed the socks off me.

Patient care and dignity were an absolute priority with hygiene levels that were second to none. I cannot say much more and need to remain anonymous, but needless to say, I don't always see the best sides to hospitals when on my travels.

This department however is an absolute credit to the NHS.
