"Trying to get to local Inclusion Matters"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Was sent to an office not local to where I live, nor where I work. I found out online Inclusion Matters host sessions in my local GP!

So then, I asked to change to my local GP and now this therapist is changing to Liverpool City Centre, close to where I work but not the days I work!

I asked to rearrange and was told this appointment would be taken from my remaining sessions. Awful service.

Dear Vulpes

Thank you for giving feedback about your experience but I am very sorry that this was not a positive one.

Your comments concern me greatly as we do our best to offer people therapy in a place and at a time convenient for them as far as we possibly can.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you personally and try to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. Therefore I wonder if you would agree to ring me at our main office, 0151 228 2300, and I will discuss this with you further.

I really hope to speak to you soon so we can endevour to give you a positive experience of our service.

Kind regards

Heather
