(as a parent/guardian),

Unplanned hospital admission required for my daughter recently.

All A&E staff, from Trainee receptionist and porters to nursing/medical staff, very supportive and reassuring, open/friendly and informative although obviously very busy. Staff were skilled, approachable and friendly

Thorough clear explanations were given before all clinical investigations and my daughter was listened to carefully and had a detailed clinical examination before transfer to an assessment bed within the hospital.
