I attended the opthalmology department today on an emergency appointment, my optician said I would be contacted with 3 working days, it was one and from entering the department I was treated with courtesy and respect every thing was explained to me and treatment carried out with follow up appointment made. I was very happy with the service I received. Having attended the department before I was prepared for a long wait but it has been longer.

It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
