I went in for a pre assessment appointment today and became quite upset when I found out the full details of my operation. The staff were so lovely to me. I saw 3 different members of staff. They were all so patient, caring and friendly. The didn't rush me and really treated me as an individual that mattered which was quite touching. We live in a world now where people are quick to complain (especially about the NHS) so I wanted to write this review to say how impressed and grateful I was to them all today.
