What could be improved

I went to the eye infirmary last year to get rid of an eye cyst. Unfortunately the procedure didn't go so well. The antibiotics weren't very affective so the operation was very painful. I think the nurse who was treating me was nervous because I was in so much pain and she didn’t want to hurt me as the antibiotics weren’t very effective. After a week of the ointment, the cyst had gone down only slightly. It is still there now and it has been about a year since I had the operation. Iam 15 and it causes me to feel insecure because I know its still there, I am trying to get another appointment but I hope it finally gets treated.
