We stayed on the children's ward (Phoenix). The staff are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble, they were kind and caring. Our consultant cleft team are also brilliant in what they do and so supportive. However not all the heating worked and the room we stayed in was cold and the hot water didn't always work so had to wash in cold water. Other than that I couldn't fault the place and certainly the care we received was excellent.
