What I liked
Personally I think Sunderland Eye Infirmary are wonderful, they are doing a fantastic job. I have a re-occuring eye problem, which i have had for the last 10 years and always feel like a nuisance having to return frequently, however, the staff are always pleasant, very professional and always helpful. The nurses always re-assure me that im not a nuisance and it is very important that I attend the hospital each time this problem occurs.
What could be improved
