Anything else?
Extremely unhappy with the way I was treated by the majority of the staff (mostly the doctor). I had paralysis in my face and right arm and a severe headache that was excruciating. Originally saw the out of hours GP who advised i got a head scan to find out what was happening. After three hours of waiting for the doctor (while watch other doctors and nurses chatting among themselves and actually bitching about other members and a couple of nurses messing around with the crutches; trying to 'practice' their balance - all this while several people were waiting, one man with his elderly mother who needed desperate care), he finally arrive and didn't seem interested in me in the slightest. Didn't really check anything out, I got no brain scan and i was told it was a headache. Well sunny, these 'headaches' are painful and I get them several times a day and been complaining about them for months, nearly a year. SO all in all, according to Cheltenham General, paralysis in the face and arm and severe headache is nothing to worry about. The treatment here is appalling. The staff are disgraceful (except one very lovely nurse who gave me a sandwich because i was starving). I will never be returning to this god forsaken joke of a hospital.
"Disgusting and Doctor completely uninterested."
